Why are they doing all this?

Dave Motola;  Regional Accessories Sales Manager  promoting and facilitating the sale of Ford accessories at Ford and Lincoln Mecury dealerships.  But over and above that he has a passion for the Florida Sport Compact / Street Tuner market.  Ford Motor Company was the first to enter it in the 80's with the Escort GT, EXP (Google it), Mercury LN7, and the Probe. While the Mustang GT and the various versions of it are and will be automotive history, there is a lot more going on in the market today and gas prices play a major factor. All US amanufactures have a sport compact in their line up  Go to any local HS parking lot when school opens, if you live in South Florida go on a Friday night to the Tower Shop for the car show.  There you will see hundreds of young adults and students with their Front wheel drive four cylinder cars, and the pride they have in ownership.  But Dave wants to see more Ford Vehicles out there, and he's out to change that,  with the  great products in the Focus, Fusion, Milan, and MKZ, but it is up to the dealers to take them one step further.  Times are tough, today's customers are looking for fuel efficient cars that they can have pride in ownership and Ford  can offer that.

Saturday evening - all the Scream vehicles will be announced with the drivers name and allowed to make a pass down the track!  The competition winner will be recognized publicly.
